Billing address must be the same as the credit card. Shipping address can be different. We accept all major credit

We will not put on hold or charge your credit card until the order is packaged and ready to ship.
ShippingMost in stock orders will be processed within 24 hours. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. Depending upon location, Ground shipments usually take 1-5 business days. Your order may be shipped by Express for an additional cost. We may use different carriers depending on location. Some deliveries may require customer signature. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
International
Most International orders are shipped by USPS International Priority Mail unless a different carrier (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.) is requested.
USPS International Priority Mail takes approximately 10 - 16 business days. Fedex, UPS, or DHL Express takes approximately 2-5 business days.
All items entering another country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes, in accordance with the laws
of that country. Customs and Duties charges are not included in your shipping cost. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all the
applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed on the import shipments into their own country.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt. There is a 25% handling/restocking fee charged against all returned parts. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return reimbursement unless Swiss Army Vehicles is at fault. Parts must be in the original packaging and in new and resalable condition. Any product that was used fully/partially installed is non-returnable. NO returns on used or electrical parts. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
